The People's Portal
home that is guided by Black women, Black queer
folks, and Black marginalized community members
throughout Pennsylvania and Ohio.

What is The People's Portal?
The People’s Portal is both an in-person and virtual informal gathering space and political home for Black women, Black queer folks, and Black marginalized community members who feel frustrated about the current political climate and want to get more involved in their communities and neighborhoods.
These spaces of gathering centralize community building, through activities such as community care and mutual aid, resource sharing and, skill building. The People’s Portal also focuses on political education and training and is a safe space for dreaming and schemin’ together.
New Voices can be your trusted source of information in a turbulent political climate which is why we created this inclusive, informal, educational space to fight back against attacks to our freedom and learn and grow together.
We hope you’ll join and move with us to incorporate Reproductive Justice more deeply into your lives, communities, and beyond.
